Ketosis is a practice which
obliges the body to shift its fuel source from glucose to ketones. The body
uses sugar (glycogen) to “operate efficiently”. Carbohydrates, turn into sugar
when consumed, and it is such sugar that the body uses to fuel itself.
Mainstream (under)standing is that the body needs sugar to operate efficiently,
but ‘mainstream’ and ‘authority’ is proving more and more to be not the compelling
narrative that is has been be(lie)ved
to be.

It is common knowledge that when
sugar is depleted in the body, the body then feeds on fat. More and more
research is pointing to the reality that this, ketosis process can actually be
very beneficial to the body’s health, annihilating the narrative that this
process is dangerous. Of course the mystery lying in how depriving the body of
nutrition can actually bring about a nutritious scenario.
One unskilled habit which science
has favored is that of cloaking simplicity in complex terms, or rather,
denying the innerstanding of science by adopting terms that are not commonly
used by the day to day person, so that it remains the sole preserve of the appointed
‘authority’. Ketosis is a word that could be substituted with the word fasting
and not a jot of meaning would be lost. I need not mention the stigmas attached
to fasting, hence the reluctance to embrace it in its grandeur, in appreciation
of the space in between religion and science.
Even the emerging narrative on
such ‘alternative’ perspectives has rarely gone beyond the physical-body/matter
to appreciate the other bodies which elude the naked eye. Such can be attested
to the reality that science has only recently started to grudgingly appreciate
that all is energy, and it is yet to meaningfully hypothesize to arrive at some
productive theories to appreciate the all pervasiveness of that which has been
termed zero point, or rather the Primal Essence as many are beginning to know
it.
Fasting is one of the major
exercises that One recommended to me and Steve, and the results have proven why
he would always insist on it. Fasting beyond the physical/matter is better
understood in the context of Energy/Consciousness. Energy and consciousness are
different aspects of the same thing, or rather that, they are similar and the
same at the same time, depending on the angle of the given perspective.
Many modern foods have been
proven to render the physical body ‘heavy’. Meaning that the body vibrates at a
lowered rate, and the lower the vibration rate the more susceptible the
body is to dis-ease. Another basic innerstanding to appreciate is that consciousness
is accumulative in relation to the rise in frequency. The lower the vibratory
frequency of the body, the lower the consciousness, and by association, the
lower the intelligence, and lower the health intelligence.
What fasting does is that it purges
the ‘heavy’ accumulation caused by the foods and the body/ies become lighter. Different
foods vibrate at different frequencies and raw fruits and vegetables being on
the highest level of this Light spectrum and pork and beef being some of the
foods with the lowest light content. ‘Lighter equates to higher vibration which
in turn facilities access to higher consciousness. The physical body being just
one body of successive ‘lighter’ bodies then benefits from the ‘brighter/more-dense’
light which is accessed by the higher bodies. This ‘Light’ which imbues/IS many
things like health, creativity and integrity, is also infused in the physical
body which manifests as better health and much more.
During fasting my prediction
abilities, dream-clarity, and dream-recall become highly enhanced. I make most
of my most correct predictions during the period of fasting. Being very
sensitive to energy I have also - in all fasts - realised energetic
accumulation is much more pronounced, which is the very substance we use to be
more healthy, more happy, more creative which in turn strengthens personality
integrity.
The word Light could be
substituted with the word Information and no meaning would be lost. It is this
light that ‘informs’ health into the physical body, at the same time it is the
health. This light can also inform health into the physical body’s future. One
revealed this to me when we were discussing a dream I had had in which there
was puss like substance oozing from my face during fasting. He said the stuff coming out of my
face was a sickness being healed in the future.
To understand this one would have to
appreciate that time is not really there but it is just a perception created by
movement through frequency. As you vibrate higher and lower, such is perceived
as time speeding-up and slowing-down and space being longer and shorter, an
experience similar to an optical illusion. This ‘vibration’ is facilitated by
the amount of Light one can embody at any given time. It is this very Light
that carries information through the fibre optic cable. It is the synaptic
firing within the brain and the nervous system. The warm-bloodedness is
facilitated by this light. So it is basically all that is. The benefits
observed in fasting derive their integrity from the mechanics of this Light.
Scientific research is proving
more and more that fasting boosts the immune system. What this means in
energetic terms is that more health-informing light is assimilated into the
physical body during fasting. The energy generated/assimilated during fasting
can be used to more quickly manifest physical things. More energy equates to
more creativity, more vitality, and many more things that are in harmony with
the mechanics of the universe. We are gradually learning that not only is it
possible to go for long periods without food but that it is possible to not eat
at all and still remain healthy. Of course, not many have been able to do this, but there have been reports of breatharians who have survived on nothing but the Primal Essence.
Benefits of fasting I have
achieved:
1. More
vitality
2. Improved
intuition and predictive skills
3. Better
Healing Facilitation
4. Calmness
5. Increased
manifestation abilities
6. More
Empathetic
7. Better
ability to anchor high energy
8. Clearer
dreams and improved dream recall
….and much more.
Fasting schedule recommended by One
which I and Steve have used over the past two years:
-
Set intention for intended outcome
-
Three days of Water Fasting (Preferably from twelve midnight to twelve midnight of the third day)
(After this fasting, there should then be the
establishing if the fast was successful. This can only be felt from inside and
perfected with time and practice. Being successful can also mean that the
amount of energy assimilation was adequate for that session because there is
sometimes a need to repeat the fasting cycle, especially when fasting for that
which is harder to attain. Fasting for material things is much harder than
fasting for spiritual things.)
When the “knowing”
Then:
-
Four days of fasting from 6am to 6pm on all four
days
After
this fasting, whatever the feeling, the assumption should be that the fasting
for that particular intention is finished. Of cause repetition adds more energy
into the intention but there should not be the attitude of obsessiveness to
manifest the intention. This is a process that needs patience, a dose of faith,
and the knowing that the results are at the command of the greater universe
which you are a part of, and the universe is not limited by our time schedule..
So basically at you Higher level Self, there will be decisions taken on the
wisdom of what you intended to manifest at the perceptual level.
Fasting
over the weekend is not recommended due to the dark/light energy quotient which
presently is still not overly favorable to the light but that too is quickly
changing. So fasting between Monday and Thursday would yield more results than
if this was attempted during the weekend. What I do on weekends is to “Hold the
Light”, which is basically ensuring that vibrationally I’m at a level that is
not easily influenced by the energy generated through the unskilled use of
energy by certain sections of society, and to ensure that my vibration is high
enough to influence my environment towards a balanced energy.
Fasting
is very safe but those with chronic illnesses could consult their physicians.
An accumulative method is recommended instead of just plunging at the deep end.
When done with care and balance to one’s daily life, it can become a lifestyle.
NB: There
is always a concern of, “how will I know (if the fasting went well)?” The
answer is that YOU WILL KNOW. With practice the KNOWING just happens. It is a
by-product of the practice-with-intent, and one’s responsibility is not to
worry about it.
